Walk the Path
At the heart of Notice God is the Reflection Path — a series of gentle prompts that guides you through your inner world of thoughts, emotions, and prayers. Begin with a deep breath, name what you're feeling, and notice where you sensed God near. Each path leads you into an honest conversation with God.
Reflect your way
Make each Reflection Path your own. Add, remove, and reorder modules — Pause, Gratitude, Confession, Conversation with Jesus, Consolation & Desolation, your own Reflection Questions, and more — and write the prompts that resonate with you in this season.
Or start from the Path Library: curated templates like a Quick Check-in, a Daily Deep Dive, Scripture Reading Notes, and an Evening Review, ready to use and fully editable. Share the paths you create with the people you walk with.
Watch themes emerge over time
As you record the movements of your inner world, the Insights screen begins to tell a story. Follow your consolation and desolation trend, see which emotions visit you most, and watch your physical and emotional energy across weeks and months — the rhythms and turning points of your life, gathered in one place.
A wise companion for your journal
Let AI trained on the Ignatian tradition gently summarize your reflections into spiritual themes — the consolations to savor and the desolations to bring to prayer — each one linked back to the entries it came from. Or simply ask your journal a question: "Where was I feeling most at peace this month?"
Your name, email, and location are never shared with the AI — only the reflection text you choose to analyze, only when you ask.
Your story, safely kept
Every reflection is saved to a searchable history — as a list or a calendar — with the moment it happened: morning or evening, sun or clouds, and the place you were when you paused to notice. Set a weekly goal and let a gentle streak keep the habit alive, with optional morning, midday, and evening reminders.
Private by design
Your reflections live on your device and work fully offline. No ads, no trackers, and your journal is never sold or read. Read our privacy policy.
Sync when you're ready
Use Notice God without an account, or sign in to back up your journal and pick it up on any device. Delete your account — and everything with it — anytime, right from the app.
A few minutes a day
A Quick Check-in takes one or two minutes; a Deep Reflection five to ten. Weekly goals and gentle reminders help the practice take root in your real life.
Rooted in tradition
Every prompt grows out of the Ignatian Examen — consolation and desolation, gratitude, confession, and honest conversation with Jesus.
